The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to promote the upcoming bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual face-off, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually happening.
